The Estate is renowned for its high-quality sporting and hospitality driven game shoot days between September and January or enjoy clay pigeon shooting out with the season.

Whilst you’re here you can try your hand at fishing on the Tay, Scotland’s longest river, or experience adrenaline-filled activities such as white-water rafting, river bugging or canyoning. Walk from the front door of your accommodation to explore our network of trails around the Estate or bring your own mountain bike.

Everything is provided for your visit for your comfort and convenience; all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathrobes, towels and complimentary luxury toiletries provided. Our kitchens are fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. All properties have a washing machine and tumble dryer. We provide a complimentary welcome basket of local produce and decanters of your favourite tipples.

Our properties are double glazed and centrally heated. Many have wood-burning stoves. During warmer weather you can enjoy a barbeque on the patio with furniture and cooking equipment provided.

And if you don’t want to cook, our friendly hospitality team can arrange a private chef for your visit or recommend local restaurants.
