A 20% deposit is required within 24hrs of booking to secure your trip.

the remaining 80% is due 7 days prior to your trip commencing.

If your trip falls within 7 days of booking then 100% of the balance is due.

If the time is extended on the day (additional hours) that amount will be due at the end of

each day. The hourly rate is published on our website.

Unlimited Mileage is included in the hourly rate.

Cars are valeted on the day of Hire, but Elate do not accept any responsibility for changes in a

vehicles external appearance caused by bad weather or terrain during the hire period.

Elate will refuse to carry passengers who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, illegal substances

or abusive to our staff. If a passenger is refused carriage no refund or compensation will be given.

The client is responsible for all damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

Passengers who cause damage to the vehicle or soil the vehicle will be charged the full cost of

reinstating the vehicle to its original appearance, valeting, repair or reinstatement charges will be

levied to the customer within 7 days of the hire period. If the damage caused results in the vehicle

becoming unavailable for pre booked hire by other clients a charge equal to the lost hire will be

made.

In the event of breakdown or accident to the vehicle booked prior to the date of the booking, every

effort will be made to supply a similar or alternative vehicle at Elates discretion. If this is not possible,

a refund will be given in full.

Elate accept no liability for missed flights / events, loss or damage to passenger possessions or

consequential losses due to circumstances beyond our control, theft, delays caused by traffic

accidents, congestion, terrorist attacks or acts of God.

The consumption of alcohol and food is forbidden in our vehicles unless provided as part of our

package.

Child Seats can be provided at no extra cost, they must be checked by the client prior to departing.

Quotations are issued at time of request and valid for 7 Days, a new quotation will be required if

after this time.

Bookings made for 12 months in advance are subject to a price review prior to travel, the rate will

only be adjusted if fuel costs have increased more than 25% above the rate at time of booking.

Elate is fully insured for hire & reward passenger travel and have a £5m public liability policy. Our

insurance does not cover clients to drive our vehicles or for loss or damage to client’s possessions or

for any other consequential losses delays or missed events. A copy of our insurance policy can be

made available on request.

When you make a booking, we are reserving the vehicle for you. This means that we will not accept

Bookings for this date from any other customers. If you cancel this booking your deposit will not

be refunded for this reason.

Any costs incurred during the hire period including parking and tolls will be charged at a cost. If

parking tickets are issued as a result of an instruction by the client then the full cost of the charges

incurred will be passed on to the client along with a £15.00 Administration Fee.

We endeavour to ensure that the information and prices in our literature and on our website are

accurate; however occasionally changes and errors occur, and we reserve the right to correct prices

and other details in such circumstances. You should check the current price and all other details

relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking request is made. All tours

are sold subject to availability. None of these terms and conditions are intended to contravene or

contradict any provision of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your statutory rights under any such

legislation are not affected.
